Olive oil is a great moisturizer, and this recipe is tried and true. It’s been handed down over the generations and is as traditional as the oil pressing methods themselves. It comes from Nablus, the historical heart of the soap industry in Palestine.
In Palestine, on the eastern shore of the Mediterranean, people have been growing olives for over four millennia, using the same traditional methods.
